CWWC Ranking Top 10

Cable Wakeboard Season 2009 is still in its early stages and only little shifts have taken place in this year's CWWC World Ranking so far. The big competitions are about to hit the water and impact the placements the most. Mainly the European Championships and the CWWC Tour Stop in Ukkohalla, Finnland as well as the Sukay Park World Trophy - the CWWC Tour Final - in Turkey. The Sukay Park in Bursa will support the sport with an amazing 100.000 $ prize money of which 40.000 $ will be awarded to the "Best Ranked Riders 2009".

However, the first national championships have already taken place and started influencing the placements. In addtition to this, results that are older than 12 month will vanish from the rankings and keep the them moving over the coming days and weeks.
Right now it seems as if we can look forward to an amazing battle for the title "Best Ranked Rider 2009" between Mike Ketellapper (NE), Lior Sofer(ISR) and Nick Davies (GB). Not only the Open Category will be rewarded this year, the Juniors and their female counterparts will get their piece of the pie, too. This makes it even more motivating for riders like germany's rising star Frederic von Osten, who just stepped up into the Junior Men category to fight their way into the Top 10.
